Dosbarth Miss Powell braved the cold and went outside to explore, “How rivers are formed?”. We collaborated to create a model of the river and discovered the terms to identify the different parts of a river.
Dosbarth Miss Powell had a brilliant morning yesterday. As our class text, we are reading ”The River Singers” by Tom Moorhouse. Yesterday, we had the opportunity to ask the author questions that we had.

A fabulous evening at our Christmas Fair on Friday, hosted by Friends of Radnor Valley School. Thank you all so much for supporting us! Learners demonstrated innovation and independence in creating and running their stalls.

This afternoon, Dosbarth Miss Powell explored the scientific perspective on ‘How did the world begin?’ We made balloon models to explore the Big Bang Theory. There were lots of fantastic questions posed by learners.
Dosbarth Miss Powell and Dosbarth Mrs Smith had a brilliant morning last week with Welsh Water. Learners used problem solving skills and were tasked to transport water for the facilities within the town. Gwaith wych pawb!
